The most disappointing part of the NFL draft weekend is right after it’s over. It’s like this big build-up to ….well, no actual climax. The weekend ends and draftniks everywhere write articles declaring “winners” and “losers” of the draft.

Since we are at the halfway point of the NFL season, I figured this would be the ideal time to give out mid-season awards and pro bowl selections. Yes you read the last part of that sentence correctly, pro bowl selections too.

Last week during a post game press conference after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 18 – 17 win over the St. Louis Rams. Second year head Coach Raheem Morris stated that the Buccaneers are the best team in the NFC.
