It is a major accomplishment to win the Super Bowl, but to take the MVP award and do it in the fashion that Aaron Rodgers did it, propels him to superstar, elite quarterback status with the likes of Peyton Manning and Tom Brady.

Super Bowl MVP Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers bring SB XLV and the Vince Lombardi Trophy back to Title town. The final chapter in the Brett Favre era has officially closed, as Rodgers takes his place as Title towns’ new golden boy.

I’m picking the Pittsburgh Steelers to win the Super Bowl (in case you haven’t pick up on that by now), and the more people talk about how great the Packers are, the more confident I feel.

Earlier today, Green Bay Packers president Mark Murphy mentioned that he wants Brett Favre to be a part of the organization in the future.
