Over the past few years it seems as if it has become a Super Bowl tradition for PETA to submit an outrageous commercial that doesn’t make the major networks all warm and fuzzy inside and/or giddy.
Well here we are six days away from Super Bowl XLV and PETA has created and submitted this year’s version of “PETA you have got to be Sh*@ting me” called “Veggie Love.”
Last year’s version got rejected by “The Peacock” (NBC) despite a $3 million dollar bribe, err I mean offer.
This year’s version is a one minute and thirty-seven second video that is a compilation of outtakes from several auditions that were held for the 2010 commercial.
I highly doubt that this ad will make it on TV Super Bowl Sunday, however a couple years ago there was an Ashley Madison ad that was shown during the Super Bowl so you never know.
If you want to see PETA’s ads from previous years, you can do so at Buzzfeed.
Now if you want to check this year’s version you can do so below. However I will warn you that it is a little over the top so I would be careful about emailing this out to coworkers or watching this at work if your company monitors your computer.
The video isn’t as bad as how that last sentence may have read, I am just giving you a heads up.
“Veggie Love”
