I am not going to jump on the worst game ever bandwagon. Sure Butler stunk it up. And UConn wasn’t exactly stellar. But it is better than playing the half time clicker game. We have all played that game. Its half time…and you can see who is winning from a mile away. So even though you love sports your eyes are wondering.
Maybe Lock-Up is new or there is a housewives reunion on somewhere?
Nothing is more disappointing than a blow out after the hype. Even makes the water cooler talk seem dull, “yeah turned it at half-time never went back. Nat Geo had a cool shark special”. When just hours before you could not wait for the big game.
So yeah no one could buy a basket so save the lives of their mothers but in a way at least that kept it close. You never knew who was going to go on an even more frigid streak and keep the game semi close! Keep on moaning and groaning about how your YMCA league champs could have won, you did keep the game on. And like it or not that in itself made it watchable.
However, from here on out I would like to see those kids from Butler practice lay-ups. Kinda lacking in that department. And UConn should live it up now because by the time the NCAA is done this win may not have even happened.
